I mentioned earlier that online booking tools are certainly nice and handy but if they are not backed up by an agent that provide 24/7 service putting customer service first they are a major backfire on those who use them. What seems like a theory or some would call it an attack on the major online booking tools suck as Expedia, Wotif, Opodo, Trivago and those website that come up every now and then is real and here is an example of what massive harm they can do to those poor users who are after the cheapest dream holiday which might end to an incredible dream terminator.
