The Group Co-ordinators job is to make the meetings flow as smoothly as possible, organise the committee meetings, plus liaising with various bodies such a Council, DSRD etc to ensure that members are kept up to date with all the latest information.

 

The Membership Co-ordinator is responsible for the membership lists and greeting visitiors to our meetings as they arrive. Jeff also designed our membership forms.

 

Our Secretary takes mintues at all meetings and supports the co-ordinator in her role.  

 

 

The Treasurer keeps records of our financial members and payments and receipts.

 

The Pubicity Officer maintains and updates our website and liaisons with the community newspapers to enable the local hame based and micro businesses to be informed of our projects.

 

Our Committee members fill in for all postions if required and take on projects that can help the group grow and give our members the help and support that they require.
