1. This Months Meeting
Our speaker for the meeting on the 9th September is Karin Wright Westpac Business Banker. She will be talking about business issues, including interest rates, cash flow, options for business, why what happens in the USA affects us, she would like people to bring questions to the meeting along these lines.
Time: Networking from 6.30pm , Meeting starts at 7:00pm
Where: Tebbutt Room, Deerubbin Centre, Windsor
Cost: Members - $5.00
Non members - $10.00
A light supper is provided.
Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month from February to November.

6. Hawkesbury Weekender Advertising Special
HBBN is planning to have a full page advertisement in the Hawkesbury Weekender Newspaper (approximate circulation 20000+) once a month for 3 months.
There are 16 spots available approximately business card size. The ad may change with each month. Ads must be finalised by 30 September 2008. Please contact Angela to place your advertising now.
Cost
$40 + GST each month for 3 months
Member Special - The third month will be paid by HBBN. Thats 33% off.

7. Christmas Celebration
Yes, that time of the year is fast approaching. We would like to celebrate the year with a wonderful get-together. This is a time for members to smile and socialise. The committee would like some feedback on what you would like to do for the end of year party. Bring your ideas on Tuesday night so we can make plans. We need to book early for this!
8. United Petrol Cards
As mentioned in our previous meetings HBBN will be getting 250 cards with our logo on them. We plan to distribute the cards to our members. Extra cards can be given to their friends and family to use.
The Way It Works
"The community card program will calculate a cent per litre donation back to your organisation every time one of your members presents their community card when fuelling up at a participating United service station."
We will use this money to support a local charity, social or networking group.
9. Member Advertising
Members can advertise through our newletter. Deadline for ads is the 1st of each month. Please email Angela hbbn@bigpond.com Non members can advertise for a small fee.
